Requirements of Membership
McAndreis Na Merghe Stiubhartach

1 Membership can be achieved through application or invitation, Any person Attending a McAndreis event or gathering may approach any member for membership information.
2. Those found to be of a good, loyal and Honourable disposition will be accepted.
3. New members are probationary for the first year
4. New members will be given a sponsor to help guide them through the first two years.
5. Members will be expected to act in a responsible manner at all times while at events or representing the McAndreis.
6. We encourage all members to learn about our origins, beliefs and clan views on politics, history and tradition. We also encourage members to try and dress in the 17th and 18th century style of highland wear (or older). This is how the McAndreis dress well for events and how we enjoy ourselves like no other.
7. All Members must pay their dues and fees on time.
8. No McAndreis member may be a member of any other clan or group that operates contrary to the law, works against our traditions, goals, aims, beliefs, policies or way of life. Members found as such will be immediately dismissed.
